Our firm’s president is the Honorable Rudy Svorinich, Jr., former President Pro Tempore of the Los Angeles City Council. 

Councilman Svorinich served eight years on the City Council. Prior to being elected, he served as a Chief Deputy for the 51^st California State Assembly District , vice-president of two Harbor Area Chambers of Commerce and was as a small business owner.  Svorinich’s district included the Port of Los Angeles.  Svorinich also served as Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority - the largest surface transportation project in the history of the United States - and two Base Re-Alignment and Closure (BRAC) Committees for the City of Los Angeles. He was also chairman of the city’s ad hoc committee on waterfront development for the Port of Los Angeles.
